Lahore College for Women University successfully organized two orientation sessions for the Intermediate Batch of 2024. These sessions were held separately for morning and evening students and aimed to welcome and guide the new students as they embarked on their academic journey.


The sessions were led by prominent faculty members of the Intermediate program. Engr. Dr. Aqsa Shabbir, Head of the Intermediate Department, warmly greeted the students and provided an overview of the university's facilities, rules, and academic expectations. She emphasized the importance of discipline, hard work, and active participation in academic and extracurricular activities.


Dr. Huma Touseef, Head of the Science Section, briefed the students on the curriculum and resources available for those pursuing science subjects. 


Incharge of the Humanities Section, Dr. Saima Batool, addressed the students enrolled in humanities, guiding them on the significance of critical thinking and cultural studies. 


Dr. Samina Riaz, Incharge of the Arts Section, spoke to the students about the creative opportunities available at LCWU.
