Dr. Uzma Qureshi appointed Acting Vice Chancellor of Lahore College for Women University Lahore College for Women University Dean Faculty of Education Professor Dr. Uzma Qureshi was given the additional charge of the Vice Chancellor of Lahore College for Women University. He has been appointed for a period of three months or till the appointment of a permanent Vice Chancellor. After the approval of Chief Minister Punjab and Governor, HED issued the notification of his appointment. Prof. Dr. Uzma Qureshi is the senior most professor and Dean of Education at Lahore College for Women University. Earlier, she has been a permanent vice chancellor in two universities including Lahore College for Women University and Women University Multan. After formal education from Convent School and Kinnaird College, Lahore, he obtained a PhD in Education Management and Planning from Birmingham University, UK and a post-doctorate from Cambridge University. She was appointed Professor of Education in Lahore College for Women University in 2010. In 2015, Governor Punjab appointed him as Dean of Education. ****** ...........
